In line with the government guidance and the veterinary ruling bodies we remain open to provide essential services only. We are currently operating only from the Preston Farm site with limited staff.
If your pet requires urgent treatment please phone for an appointment. This will be at Preston Farm and we ask that you knock on the door and return to your car. We will come out to you as soon as possible and take your pet inside (small animals contained in cages can be left inside the door). After examining your pet we will come and talk to you from a safe distance or speak to you over the phone.
If you are not sure if your pet requires an appointment we are offering telephone advice, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your name, telephone number and address, your pets name and your concerns and a vet will aim to phone you back that day (if received before 2 pm).
If your pet requires a repeat prescription please e-mail your request by clicking the link to prescriptions (remember to include you and your pet’s name, your address and the drugs you require) to keep telephone lines free for people seeking treatment. Prescriptions can be picked up the next working day between 1 and 5 from the Preston Farm site. These can be paid for by contactless payments up to £45. If you are self-isolating or have transport problems we are also offering a delivery service.
Please note we can only take limited orders for flea and worm treatment as these are not considered essential items at the moment.
